The use of polypropylene offers immunity to corrosion, resistance to acids and solvents, non-conductive properties, and a minimum of maintenance.

Process Explanation- An air barrier is drawn through the front opening and recirculated with the down flow air, *0% of the air is returned to the work area through the main HEPA filter with *0% discharged back into the environment through an air filter with a gravimetric efficiency of *9% on 3µ particles.

Construction Details -Anodized aluminum frames with clear acrylic, polypropylene or stainless steel side and rear panels.  Completely self-contained, they function effectively in an uncontrolled area.  Special custom products are available without the custom cost for application specific projects.

Illumination - The energy efficient units are provided with adequate illumination at the work table by means of fluorescent lights panel concealed at the upper portion of the unit along with Ultra violet germicidal light.

Noise Level -Our automatic and advanced equipments are fabricated to ensure minimum possible noise and vibration levels.
